EURISC Foundation, founded in 1995, is an independent think tank with headquarter in Bucharest, Romania. The EURISC Foundation has established a formidable reputation when promoting the dialogue, education, training and research on major issues of national and international security. The main focus of our working profile is on non-military risks, primarily natural hazards, technological and emerging systemic risks, organized crime, corruption, terrorism, illegal migration and trafficking, as well as on the security culture in relation to Romania's European and Euro-Atlantic post-integration processes and the civil-military relations.

EURISC implements complex projects to build bridges from the centre of a Eastern European region on the go to different strategically partners: the EU-region, the NATO partners, Russia, Iran, China, etc.

Starting with the spring 2009, EURISC opened its Brussels’ office and offers from here a full range of services to both national and international clients.
