EURISC Foundation is an independent Think Tank, set up in Bucharest, Romania in 1995 as a not for profit institution, to study and promote issues related to risk, security and communication.

“The EURISC Foundation seeks to promote the dialogue, education, training and research on major issues of national and international security, focusing on non-military risks, primarily natural hazards, technological and emerging systemic risks, organized crime, corruption, terrorism, illegal migration and trafficking, as well as on the security culture in relation to Romania's European and Euro-Atlantic integration processes and the civil-military relations.” NIRA
